Participating in the discussions were leaders in industry, academia and government. The officials from Quebec Mines asked a variety of questions including which different geophysical technologies. that could be employed, what best practices surrounding pre-competitive data collection are, and what the best ways forward in terms of data coverage in the Province of Quebec may be. Given Ms. McKenzie’s recent analysis on pre-competitive data (see [here](https://www.rmgeoscience.com/news-and-events/rmg-delivers-invited-talk-at-quebec-mines)), Ronacher McKenzie was in an excellent position to comment on the best practices regarding pre-competitive data collection to position the Province of Quebec amongst the highest mining jurisdictions in the world.
