The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Christopher Lawley (Geological Survey of Canada). Listeners will be able to ask the panellists from industry and academia live questions.  This discussion will be relevant for explorers who have collected large amounts of data and want to get the maximum out of the data to increase the odds of discovery. It will also be relevant for miners and all who are interested in AI applied to the exploration and mining industry.  Topics addressed will include how AI is currently applied in mining, the role of AI in exploration targeting and barriers to adopting AI technologies for mining and exploration, among others.
