SAMPLE TECHNICAL REPORTS

1. Crystal Lake Mining Corporation commissioned Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience Inc. to complete a Technical Report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 -- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) on Crystal Lake’s Newmont Lake project located in northwestern British Columbia. 

Based on the geological setting of the property and historic and current exploration data the authors conclude that there is significant potential on the property to discover additional mineralization and to expand existing mineralized zones.

2. Northstar Gold Corporation contracted Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience Inc. to review the Miller Gold and prepare an Independent Technical Report. The Report was prepared in accordance with the National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). The project is located in the Larder Lake mining division of Northeastern Ontario.

The work completed by Northstar has returned sufficient positive results to justify a systematic exploration program to qualify and expand historic mineral resources reported on the property and delineate new mineralized zones, with the goal of defining mineral resources according to the NI 43-101.
